The rules for using FreePcSofts. They are short, and most of them are about what we are and aren't responsible for.

1. Acceptance
By using FreePcSofts you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who may use the site
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the European Economic Area, to use FreePcSofts.
3. What you may do
You may read the site, link to its pages and quote short parts with a link back to the source page.
4. What you may not do
- Copy or republish whole pages or tables, or scrape the site with automated tools.
- Overload the site, try to break its security, or interfere with how it works.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property and other people's trademarks
The text, tables and design of FreePcSofts belong to FreePcSofts. Program names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the software being described.
6. Downloads and third-party software
FreePcSofts does not host any software. Download buttons send you to the developer's official website, and your use of any program is governed by that developer's own licence and terms. We don't control third-party programs and are not responsible for them.
7. Messages you send
If you email us a correction or suggestion, we may use it to improve the site without owing you anything for it.
8. Links and ads
The site links to other websites and shows, or may show, ads. We don't control those websites or the products advertised, and a link or ad is not an endorsement.
9. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep facts accurate and dated, but we don't guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free. See the Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FreePcSofts is not liable for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, that comes from using the site, relying on its information, or installing software you reached through it.
11. Indemnity
If you break these terms and someone makes a claim against FreePcSofts because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
12. Changes to the site
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
FreePcSofts is used worldwide, so no single country's law is named here. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live, to the extent those laws require. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that your local law gives you.
16. Severability
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
17. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and FreePcSofts about using the site.
