DMCA and Takedowns

How to report a copyright or trademark concern, or a download link that doesn't go to the official developer.

We don't host software files

FreePcSofts does not store, upload or mirror installers, so there are no program files on this site to take down. Every download button points to the developer's own website. If you find a page here that links anywhere other than the official developer, tell us and we will fix or remove the link.

Reporting content on this site

If you believe text or another element on FreePcSofts infringes your copyright or trademark, email contact@freepcsofts.com with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the work you believe is infringed;
  • the address of the page on FreePcSofts and the part in question;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review each complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or change the content and reply to tell you what was done. If content is removed, the person who provided it may send a counter-notice with the same details and a statement explaining why they believe the removal was a mistake.

Wrong or unofficial links

Developers who want their official download address updated can write to the same address from their company domain.
